羧甲基标记聚蔗糖
羧甲基标记聚蔗糖由羧甲基取代的葡聚糖链构成,使其具有多聚阴离子的特点。检查所有批次的分子量、取代度和干燥失重。TdB提供平均分子量70KDa的羧甲基标记聚蔗糖。羧甲基标记聚蔗糖为白色粉末。
结构
聚蔗糖是由蔗糖与环氧氯丙烷共聚形成的高分子量的蔗糖聚合物。这个分子高度酯化,羟基含量高,在水溶液中有很好的溶解性。在羧甲基标记多糖黄总,羧基含量约为5%,相当于每五个葡萄糖和果糖单位含有一个羧甲基基团。
储存和稳定性
羧甲基标记聚蔗糖在室温下储存于干燥密封良好的容器中,可稳定保存6年以上。
